The 33rd Virginia advances on Griffin’s guns.
Griffin mistakes the advancing 33rd Virginia for Union troops because most were outfitted in blue uniforms and does not fire on them. His guns are over run.
The 33rd is soon forced back by the US Marines and Fire Zouaves.

The 79th New York counters the confederate advance on the right.
The Union Army is pushed from Henry Hill and the great skedaddle begins. A great victory for the Confederacy.
